These terms govern use of this website and the submission of a candidate profile to NorthBridge Brokerage.
Our role
NorthBridge Brokerage is a recruitment and brokerage intermediary. We help qualified international candidates present their profiles to potential Canadian recruitment networks, employers or business partners. We are not the Government of Canada, IRCC, Service Canada, an embassy, a consulate or an immigration authority.
No guarantee
Submitting a profile does not guarantee an interview, employment, employer sponsorship, LMIA approval, visa, work permit, immigration approval or any government authorization. Employers control hiring decisions and Canadian authorities control immigration and permit decisions.
Accurate information
You confirm that all information and documents you submit are accurate, authentic, current, yours to provide and relevant to your application. False, misleading, incomplete or unauthorized material may result in rejection or deletion of a profile.
Eligibility and requirements
Candidate, language, licensing, education and experience requirements vary by employer, province, sector and position. A preliminary review does not establish legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Sensitive documents
Do not submit documents belonging to another person or information that is not requested. You consent to processing of the requested identity documents for candidate verification and recruitment purposes under the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload executable or malicious files, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person or submit unlawful content.
Website availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue website features and may revise these terms. Information is provided for general recruitment purposes and is not legal or immigration advice.
